One of my Belgian Blue / Limousin cross steers competed in the FFA Performance Beef Class at the 2008 Iowa State Fair.  He was exactly 13 months old.  His production summary:

Rib Eye:  18.4 in.
Carcass Percentage:  66.5%
Fat Cover:  .20
% Retail Product:  73.21
Retail Value Per Day On Feed:  $3.942 which ranked him 7th out of 94
